Hal Jason Webb

Hal J. Webb is a Partner at Cantor & Webb P.A., a Miami, Florida based law firm focused on the representation of high net worth international private clients and international businesses in the areas of tax, estate planning, tax compliance, real estate and probate matters with an emphasis on foreign trusts with United States beneficiaries, inbound tax and estate planning and voluntary disclosures.

He is a frequent author and lecturer on various topics of international tax and estate planning. Mr. Webb is a member of various professional and civic organizations, including Director of the Miami Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”) based in London, England, Chairman of the International Tax Inbound Committee and Member of the International Tax and Real Property, Probate & Trust Sections of the Florida Bar, as well as Member of the International and Tax Sections of the American Bar Association.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami in 1992, studied at the University of Miami School of Law in 1994 and 1995, received a law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1995, and received a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1996.
