Gina is a brilliant immigration lawyer. She is not only thoroughly knowledgeable in the field of immigration (she is FL Board certified in this field) she is as honest as they come and will never take someone's money without a reasonable prospect of being able to help the person. Gina is my go to law...yer for all immigration issues and I would highly recommend her and her fine law firm to anyone needing immigration counsel.

I got through Gina because a close friend of my husband had success in his work visa process. Everything happened exaclty the way she informed us in the very first meeting. My process was fast. We started working on it in July of 2012 and January of 2013 I have my green card approved. My work author...ization was approved in three months after we started my process. She was really nice to me, and very patient with my constant questions. Some small incidents happened. She had an assistent filling my G-325 (biographic information) and it was filled wrongly twice. After that I asked to Gina to have my case handled just by her which she did. Second and third smaller incidents happened during the interview. She could not come with us (my husband and I) and the lawyer representing us did not have one of the papers requested by the immigration representative. The third and funny incident was that the same representative complained about my process coming in 3 copies each document, she said we were killing too much trees. This one made us laugh and get through the interview more relaxed. I definetely and highly recommend her work.
