I hired Mr. Molansky after consulting with him over an hour and a half about my case. When I called for a phone consultation, after giving him the main details without too much, he took my info and said he’ll review my case from the docket and get back to me that same day. He called me within two h...ours and said he had reviewed my case and he could see that my prior attorney hadn’t done anything in my case and got me the worst possible outcome for someone without any priors. He was surprised. We set an in-person consultation right away. I met him about 3 days later at his office to discuss what I had on my case. I had a DUI and a felony, per my prior attorney’s suggestion, I took a plea when I had provided evidence that could of possibly dropped the felony charge and got me a lower charge on the DUI (as he had said he could do without a problem) as a first offender. Mr. Molansky was very compassionate, caring, professional and thorough with the documents/videos I had.
