Paid attorney David S. Berger $2,500 deposit on June 2, 2025 for an O-1 visa petition. The petition was never filed. He made partial refund offers ($1,250 → $1,500 → $1,750 → $2,000) but would not refund the full amount. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Florida Bar. Proceed with caution.
