Danielle DeMahy is an associate attorney at the Schlesinger Law Group. Danielle DeMahy received her B.A. in Criminology with a minor in Business Law from the University of Miami and is a Lifetime Member of the University of Miami Alumni Association. Ms. DeMahy earned her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018. While at St. Thomas, she was an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and received the Tax Law Certificate. Ms. DeMahy received the CALI Book Award for Civil Procedure and was also on the Dean’s List.
Prior to being admitted to The Florida Bar in 2018, Ms. DeMahy was a law clerk focusing on business law, corporate structures, and various tax law matters. Ms. DeMahy focuseed her practice on a broad range of tax matters, including individual tax, corporate and partnership tax, estate and gift tax, IRS audits and collections, and international tax.
Ms. DeMahy became a member of the Florida Bar in 2018, and is admitted to practice before the Southern District of Florida (2018).
