Your roommate does not have to agree to remove you but it is really the landlord that matters. If the landlord allows it then it does not matter...

Eventually you will have to sign one or you may just have a lease that ends. Seek some legal advice to know what to do next with your paperwork.

They can prevent your entry if it is dangerous. I would write seeking permission to remote personal items.

Yes include unknown tenants in your complaint and notice and amend the complaint after service of process.

If you want to pay, it makes sense to the pay the collection agency with a check made payable to the hospital. Send it certified return receipt...

Yes if the authorization given to him included whatever he did. Yelling at someone does not generate any claims.
