Anthony Victor De Yurre

Anthony De Yurre is a graduate of Duke University and Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D.). Anthony also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Property Development and Finance from the University of Miami. Anthony represents private and institutional lenders in commercial real estate and business transactions. Anthony also has considerable experience in complex commercial litigation in both State and Federal Court.

Anthony’s real estate practice includes acquisition financing, mixed-use and condominium development, construction finance, debt restructuring, and distressed asset workouts. Anthony’s business practice includes drafting of complex corporate documents, acquisitions/sales, and commercial and industrial financing.

In addition to transactional work, Anthony has significant courtroom experience in both State and Federal Court regarding complex commercial litigation. Anthony’s litigation experience provides him the unique and critical insight necessary to prevent transactions from developing into litigation.

Anthony is a board member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) of Southeast Florida; a committee member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) Banking and Finance Committee; a committee member of the GMCC Real Estate Committee; and, a venture coach at the University of Miami’s Blackstone Launch Pad business incubator sponsored by The Blackstone Charitable Foundation. Anthony has also been honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of the “40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers in Miami-Dade County”.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Anthony regularly represents foreign individual investors and entities.
