As Principal Attorney at Radulescu Law, P.A., I provide legal U.S. immigration services to highly-skilled professionals of diverse nationalities who labor in the business, science, and arts sectors. I operate a boutique immigration practice in Miami, Florida, through which I assist immigrants all around the work, including those already in the United States. The focus of my practice rests on skill-based petitions in pursuit of residency, including the EB-2 National Interest Waiver and the EB-1A Alien of Extraordinary Ability (both allowing SELF-sponsorship). I additionally advise on a variety of non-immigrant visas for professionals seeking to work in the U.S. temporarily.
I am a Romanian immigrant who is acutely aware of the challenges faced by those who seek to bring their talents to a new country, having witnessed my own family's perseverance as medical professionals who immigrated to the United States and had endured a nearly 6-year-long immigration process. I hold genuine respect for immigrants who seek to challenge the unknown and to culturally enrich new environments while empowering progress and innovation through their unique professional skills.
The knowledge I carry stems from my legal studies at the University of Miami, from which I graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2014. I additionally possess a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a second major in Art History, graduating from Florida International University in 2011, magna cum laude.
My training in Immigration Law was acquired under the mentorship of a Board Certified Immigration Attorney and, for nearly six years, I have diligently represented hundreds of talented individuals from all ranges of industry, including but not limited to Doctors & Other Medical Professionals, Olympic Athletes, BJJ Fighters and Instructors, Artists & Entertainers, Culinary Arts Professionals, Aviation Professionals, Journalism & Media Professionals, Financial Analysts, Business Executives, and Engineers & Project Managers (IT, Civil, Systems, among others).
The mission of my practice centers on a transparent partnership with my clients, working hand in hand to ensure the highest chances of success in their journeys to securing temporary work visas and green cards in the United States. Andreea was the lawyer responsible for my case. It was an EB-2 NIW process and my profession is Electrical Engineer. "I had the fortunate opportunity to work alongside Andreea for several years and I can say with ease that she’s amongst the most qualified business immigration attorneys I’ve encountered so far in my career. She is thorough in her work, attentive to her clients and peers, and is invested in the success of her clients’ cases. She is also constantly keeping abreast of policy changes and novelties in immigration by attending and involving herself in educational industry seminars and conventions. Andreea has a well rounded understanding of various subfields of immigration law, but she is especially a reference when it comes to EB-1 and EB-2 NIW immigrant visa petitions as well as non-immigrant visas including Os, Ps, and Ls, among others. I highly recommend her expertise to those in need."
"Andreea exemplifies everything that an Immigration Attorney should strive to be. She is vastly knowledgeable thanks to her years of experience working on multiple types of employment-based petitions, and she constantly keeps herself updated on the complexities of the ever-changing filed of immigration law. The results and victories she has obtained over the course of her career are a testament to her remarkable work ethic, as well as her discipline and self-motivation as a professional. She is able to distill complicated pieces of legislation and regulations through her strong writing to make persuasive, convincing arguments and to communicate effectively with government officials. But most importantly, she possesses a high level of human empathy and humility that make her a fierce advocate for every client she represents. Having her as a mentor early in my career was a privilege, and I endorse her without hesitation."
"Andreea is an excellent professional and mentor. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, passionate about her work and helping her clients. Andreea is thorough with her work, extremely dedicated and always produces excellent cases for every client. Her clients are im very good hands."
"I had the pleasure to collaborate with Andreea Radulescu on many immigration cases over the course of the two years that we worked together. During those years, I learned a lot from her impeccable writing skills and expertise in EB-2 National Interest Waiver visas. Andreea distinguished herself due to her strong work ethic and desire to advance her skills, traits that are essential in this ever-evolving area of law. I have seen her work tirelessly when it was in the best interest of her clients. She also always made herself available to discuss complex legal issues and the effects of new policies. Her work ethic, intellect and integrity always inspired me to work harder. I consider myself very lucky to call Andreea my mentor and friend."
"I have known Andreea for a number of years and endorse her for her intellect, tenacity, and ability to creatively engage with both the law and the facts of a case in ways that achieve case approvals for her clients. I have seen first-hand how strong an eye for detail she has and it's this keen sense for detail and persuasive creative writing that wins complex immigration cases. She then compliments this gift with a deep sense of empathy, understanding the great responsibility it is to have someone's life in her hands and to ensure that they achieve a visa, Green Card, or citizenship. Andreea is the attorney you want by your side in times of crisis or in the face of insurmountable odds. She faces things head on, arms herself with the law, and is thorough in her due diligence, looking at an issue from all sides. She is committed to helping professionals and creatives achieve their American Dream. To that end, I trust Andreea's advice implicitly and I'm honored to call her a colleague."
"I had the pleasure of working with Andreea Radulesco on two different matters. She is diligent and energetic in thoroughly identifying and researching the important issues of a case. She is bright and collegial, and quickly established good relationships with her colleagues. Her high intellect and deep interest in the law make her an attorney whom I will always call first for copyright law. I enthusiastically endorse this lawyer."
"Andreea is a great attorney. Her tireless attention to detail shows through in her exemplary work. Highly recommend!"
