Alexander Loveyko

My name is Alex Loveyko and I help my clients navigate the areas of Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Internet Law.

I represent start-up owners, entrepreneurs, online course creators, website and mobile app owners, fashion designers, inventors, Amazon store owners, as well as musical artists, producers, record labels, visual artists, movie makers, and international athletes. I have previously advised major international brands, including the Dutch-based multi-billion-dollar communications provider VimpelCom and one of the most successful animation brands in the world – Masha and the Bear.

I am also one of the Local Leaders of the Miami Chapter of the Founder Institute - the world's largest pre-seed accelerator that has already helped over 4,000 companies across 185+ cities and six continents to launch their businesses successfully. In this role, I provide entrepreneurs with an opportunity to build a strong network of fellow founders, mentors and local leaders – all of whom are personally invested into seeing their success story unfold.

Graduating first in my class from Brooklyn Law School with a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Media and Information law, I had completed my International Sports Law Master’s program second in my class in Madrid. I am licensed to practice law in the state of New York, as well as in the Russian Federation. I regularly host Office Hours, Webinars, and present on the topic of Intellectual Property and Internet Law, especially in the context of Tech Startups, Entertainment Industry and Social Media Branding.
