Klara Fishman-Sitbon

Attorney Klara Fishman-Sitbon, Esq. was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and founded Law Offices of Fishman-Sitbon, P.A. in 2009. Throughout her career, Klara’s focus has always been establishing long-term business relationships with her clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations and uncompromising representation of their interests. This is accomplished through constant communication with clients, analyzing their circumstances to determine their specific needs, and developing a strategy to achieve the best possible outcome. Klara has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial and residential real estate, including pre-construction purchases and commercial leases. She is known for being a tough negotiator and has taken on some of the biggest developers and their legal teams to negotiate aggressive terms for her clients. Klara does not shy away from complicated transactions and her experience allows her to handle most challenges to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients. ​ Klara’s experience also includes representing local and foreign individuals in business formation, efficient contract preparation, business operations, and purchasing and selling a business, including due diligence investigations. She also has extensive experience representing foreign nationals and businesses in expanding their business operations to South Florida. As an immigrant herself, Klara's path was paved with nuances that only a foreigner can understand, the intricacies of building a foundation and all the uphill triumphs and tribulations encountered on that path, make her a pivotal advocate to her foreign clients. ​ Klara graduated cum laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. At John Carroll University, she participated in several National Honor Societies and received the Outstanding Senior Service Award from the Department of Management. Thereafter, she attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. During her time in law school, Klara served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Administrative Judge Amy Karan in the Eleventh Circuit Court and her academic achievements include being a member of National Honor Societies, a selected member of the Peter T. Fay Inns of Court and a place on the Dean's List.
