Gary William Pollack

Gary W. Pollack been practicing law in South Florida for 35 years. Gary W. Pollack is the Senior Litigation Partner and Managing Member of Pollack, Pollack & Kogan, LLC. Mr. Pollack has been a practicing attorney in Miami, Florida since 1980, when he was an associate with now deceased Miami Attorney, Ellis Rubin. Mr. Pollack attended law school at the University of Miami and earned his undergraduate degree at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. From 1989 Through 2004 Mr. Pollack served on various committees of the Florida Bar including the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Gary W. Pollack served for three years as the Chairman of the 11th Judicial Circuit Attorney Fee Arbitration Board and for six years served as a member and as Vice Chairman of the Florida Professional Ethics Committee. Mr. Pollack is a member of the Federal Bar, Florida Bar and Bankruptcy Bar. He has appeared pro hace vice (as out of state counsel) in Tennessee, Georgia, California, and Wisconsin, as well as co-counsel in Trinidad and Tobago. In 1989, prior to his business law care he obtained the reversal of the Death Penalty before the Florida Supreme Court in the “House of Pancakes” murder case (The Subject of Gary Provost’s Novel “Without Mercy”).

Mr. Pollack has lecture throughout the United States on collection techniques and credit management, the use of expert witnesses in litigation, Florida civil procedure, and the use certified fraud examiners in litigation.

Gary W. Pollack is a certified Arbitrator and Mediator for FINRA. Mr. Pollack is frequently called upon to arbitrate disputes between the Nation’s Largest Securities dealers for FINRA. He is available as a private arbitrator and as an expert witness for others attorneys on the subject of value of attorney’s services.

Gary W. Pollack enjoys spending time in the Florida Keys, as well as the mountains of North Carolina. After a third of a century as a trusted counselor and advisor, he is still enthusiastic about the practice of law and looks forward to continuing his practice with his talented and accomplished law partners.
