Chad Eric Lipsky

Chad Lipsky practices in the areas of casualty, aviation, and real property law.

He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the Florida State University Law Review. He was a member of the Moot Court Team, President and Founder of the Aviation & Space Law Society, and pupil member of the First District Appellate American Inn of Court and Chester Bedell Inn of Court. He also served as a research assistant to various professors and was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. Chad was the recipient of the Donna R. Christie award for service to the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy and the Katzentine-Simon Scholarship for academic performance.

Prior to enrolling in law school, Chad worked as a flight instructor for DeltaConnectionAcademy and founded and owned a valet parking business, which he ran for seven years. He earned his B.S. degree in Aviation Management with Flight Operations from JacksonvilleUniversity in 2006. On his spare time, he enjoys flying, scuba diving, and snowboarding.
