Attorney Corvaia is also an immigrant; she was born and raised in Venezuela before her family migrated to the United States in 1996. Attorney Corvaia has years of experience in preparing and making petitions for families, workers, and employees before the Department of Homeland Security. She helps families reunite with one another, represents clients with deportation cases, and helps foreign businesses become established in the United States. She also helps clients with their immigration requirements and visa applications and has also assisted numerous skilled workers and professionals work in the United States legally.
Attorney Corvaia completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations, and graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University. During her undergraduate career, she was also a member of various honor societies, such as the Golden Key International Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and Tau Sigma National Honor Society. After completing her undergraduate studies, she studied law and received her Juris Doctor degree at St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, attorney Corvaia served as editor-in-chief of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, and as a legal representative in the well-known St. Thomas University School of Law Immigration Clinic.
