I represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR/Immigration Court), U.S. Consulates overseas/Department of State (DOS), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) (including detention matters and orders of supervision). I provide competent legal representation and counsel to individuals in immigration related matters, including family based immigration petitions (including marriage cases); applications for permanent residence; victims of certain crimes (U-visa); victims of domestic violence (VAWA); applications for asylum; individuals seeking waivers (including provisional/unlawful presence waivers); naturalization and citizenship matters; renewal of permanent resident card; deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA); special immigrant juvenile status; removal of conditions (including under waiver category); fiance(e) visas; and residence through the Cuban adjustment act.  I also represent individuals/respondents in removal/deportation proceedings before the Immigration Court. My goal is to seek and prepare the best defense/relief possible from removal including, cancellation of removal for non permanent residents and permanent residents; renewed applications; waivers; voluntary departure; prosecutorial discretion/administrative closures; and other relief available. I also represent individuals with final orders of removal.
