First I want to start by saying I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad but feel compelled to write this review on my experience with Mr. Perez. To sum it up and give you the “jist” of it, my 18 year old son got into trouble with the law for a street fight, as you can imagine I was devastated as my... son is a great kid, an A student and unfortunately due to a bad decision this was his first fight ever and he ended up being arrested. After calling a few attorneys in my area, I wasn’t convinced any of those were for us as they were all short in conversation with me and did not show any signs of someone that actually cared, the emphasis was on how much $ it could be. A friend recommended I call Mr. Perez and speak with him for guidance, I cannot begin to tell you how different this call was, during my initial call with Mr Perez he spoke to me with much confidence, he was professional and also “human” as he sympathized with the pain I was feeling, he spoke to me for quite a length of time, always assuring me these things happen and explaining how the legal system works. I hung up that call feeling a sense of relief and somewhat joyful and knew in my heart he was the right attorney for us. I called him the next day and hired him to represent my son, this is the best decision I could’ve made, Mr. Perez was attentive, extremely professional, compassionate, smart and witty. My son’s case was finally settled after a little over a year (delays due to Covid) and am happy to say my son got the most favorable outcome given the situation. I highly recommend Mr. Perez and am forever grateful for the attention he gave to my son and I and most of all for his professionalism and big heart.

Unfortunately, I was charged with assault for a crime I didn’t commit. It was a classic case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The detective was pressuring me to confess to a crime I wasn’t even a part of. I wasn't even at the crime scene. I just so happened to have a similar car (silver... chevy truck, which is popular), and the “proof” they had was me driving by at a near traffic light... It's just ridiculous. I was picked out of a lineup as the main suspect facing a minimum of 3years, which just goes to show that the process can be wrong. Julio kept me steady and fought for my innocence. I can’t thank him enough. All charges were dropped against me. He is my hero.

I was charged with the most serious crime a father can be charged with.Two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a familiar minor. I was looking at life in prison but after I spoke to Mr Julio C Perez I knew I had hired the right person to handle my case, he never gave me false expectations, he was ...concise and to the point, he assured me that he would give me 400% of his attention and knowledge to resolve this problem, after 33 days of incarceration I was released on ROR, after extensive fact finding he was able to establish that the alleged statements were false and the charges were dismissed. Im leaving this review for Attorney Julio Cesar Perez after what i perceived as one of the most dedicated and truly remarkable displays of hard work in a courtroom. I was formally chargred in a high profile home invasion with a firearm a punishable by life charge in early November of 2018. After a f...ailed attempt to obtain a boot camp plea by another Attorney I came to find Julio who immediately took control of the situation by scheduling multiple depositions of the alleged victim and lead detectives on my case which resulted in creating holes in the prosecutions strong case against me offering me a chance to receive a boot camp plea but he assured me that he could do better and through a couple more legal procedures As a result my charge was reduced to strong arm robbery and I agreed to plea to a Withhold of Adjudication, 4 years probation with credit time served for 10 months in, something which I had believed was impossible without cooperating with the State but he got it done I'm truly grateful for finding not only a lawyer who works hard in and out of the courtroom but also has the best interest of his clients in mind this coupled with the fact that my co defendant had received 10 years for the same charge leaves me with the feeling that this attorney not only did his job to the fullest but gave me a second chance at a better life something for which I am truly grateful for. Hopefully this review will be a determining factor in helping someone obtain his services and save someone else who has fallen victim to the system.

Well I was first arrested for a first degree attempted murder. I was kissing my life, family and friends goodbye forever. Julio took my case and had me released on my arraignment which was awesome. I was back with my family and friends but still with a long journey ahead. Julio always kept me informe...d and answered my calls. Long story short he had my charge dropped from a AM to an aggravated battery in just 21 days! By the end of my case I was put on probation for 2 years, withhold adjudication and with no special conditions. Julio was truly an awesome person and attorney. I couldn't be any happier with my results.
