Robert Carlton Tilghman

I hired Mr.Tilghman in 2008 for a Malpractice case in 2010 we found out from my Orthopedic Surgeon that the Levaquin did a lot of damage to my Knee so Mr. Tilghman decided that it would be better to go after the Pharmaceutical Company that made the Levaquin as my Attorney I agreed. Mr. Tilghman never... filed anything in the Courts for the Malpractice or against the Pharmaceutical Company. The last time we spoke was in 2011 I would call his office and his Secretary will tell me she'll give him the message, then I asked her was he working on my case she said yes. If Mr. Tilghman didn't want to take my case he should have let me know in due time, now the Statue Limitations has run out , I put my trust in Mr. Tilghman as my Attorney and he failed. I feel that since he knows that he doesn't have Insurance no other Attorney will represent me. I also reported him to the Florida Bar.
