Lofton P Holder, Esq. is a practicing attorney, specializing in and providing legal services to assist United States citizens, Ex-Pats and Resident Aliens of the US in the preparation of income taxes for Professional and Limited Liability Corporations, Sub Chapter S Corporations, the individuals that do business as such, and the individuals that have an interest in a foreign corporation, including any individual that is required to file the US Individual Income Tax Return (Form 1040)  worldwide.  He is also available to assist United States citizens to renounce their citizenship status to end the burdens of US taxation on income, and the obligations imposed upon them by FATCA and FBAR.  

He has practiced law for over 38 years, and prepared income taxes for a vast array of clientele for over 49 years.  He is admitted to the Courts of the State of New York, the US Virgin Islands, and the United States Tax court.  He is a registered tax preparer, and a qualified e-filer.

He was an arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City Of New York for 15 years having resolved over 100 cases prior to trial and saving the litigants the expense attendant to further litigation. He is currently available for the resolution of disputes involving United States citizens within and without Panama arising in Panama, the US Virgin Islands, and the State of New York through arbitration or mediation.
