Stephanie Anita Parsons

Raised in Brevard County, Stephanie Parsons knows the Space Coast community well and is proud to represent families here. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to family law, and she works closely with clients to help them move through major life changes with confidence and a plan. Stephanie earned her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018 and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida. She handles a wide variety of family law issues, from divorce and equitable distribution to parenting plans, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and paternity matters. She also drafts and reviews prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and represents clients in domestic violence injunction proceedings, as well as modifications and enforcement actions after a final judgment is entered. Stephanie is known for combining compassion with straightforward advice—she listens carefully, explains the process clearly, and stays focused on practical solutions that protect her clients and their children. When settlement is possible, she pursues it strategically; when it’s not, she is ready to litigate. Stephanie is honored to practice locally and to serve the families of Brevard County.
