We purchased a home recently and we were extremely please with the professionalism and the speed at which Attorney Kohn's staff handled everything!! They did a great job throughout the Process!! Angela doggedly stayed on top of everything and we closed in approx 1 month, which we thought was exce...llent. Joe Andy did the closing and was very professional and organized. Joe Kohn made himself available to discuss our concerns and we were very please with everyone in the office. I would highly recommend this firm for a Real Estate Closing. We are very picky and we ask a lot of questions, so we do not give our 5 stars easily.

Horrible service, At closing they will take your money after proving that you already had pay for association and tell you that they will verify with the association they received their money and send it back to you. but they will not do their job. they do not follow through and 6 months later they w...ill ignore your voice messages and email. Horrible service. will make sure no one I know uses their service ever. As a realtor they will reflect on you as bad service. Stay away from this company
