Russell took on my traffic case and get it dismissed. I called him again for ssuspended license once again for it dismissed no points taken away. He also went into the DMV and paid for my license to get reinstated because I was or of town. by far the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. Very honest an...d upfront. Fair with pricing as well. A lot less than those ticket clinics you hear about.

I unfortunately received a DUI in St. Lucie County (which I would later find out is one of the worst counties to get one) back in June, 2016. Due to the intensity of my situation and the county it was in he took the case on himself and gave me his cell phone number to contact him. After consulting with a few other attorneys (of which were significantly more expensive) I decided to hire Mr. Bernstein. He was very understanding and flexible with payment as well. Long story short, Mr. Bernstein was proactive with my case and I was able to have it settled with no jail time and still be able to drive! He is an excellent and well-trained attorney, I would recommend him hands down.

After receiving a "School Zone Speeding Ticket" Attorney Bernstein was able to have the ticket dismissed. I am sure this is more than I could have gotten on my own. He was recommended by the partner in the law firm where I work and I am very glad to have had him on my side. The best piece of mail ...I received was the letter informing me the ticket was dismissed. Which also meant no points and no court fees. For the one-time fee he charged me, it was money well spent. Last year, I received my first speeding ticket, after 35 years of driving. My boss recomended Russell, so I called him. He was very helpful and personable. He charged a fraction of the cost of the ticket. He infomed me that i would get letters from the court, but i should ignore them and trust him. I...t wasn't easy to ignore the letters, but i did, and after a few months i got a letter from him stating the charges had been dismissed. I recently got a red-light camera ticket. He advised me that it may be dismissed without a fight, so i should "wait and see ". If i receive a letter from the court, then i should call him. I really appreciate his honesty~ he could have asked for money up front, but didn't want me to pay if it wasn't necessary.. I highly recommend him!
