Mr. Kaplan is a Florida Board Certified Health Law Attorney, Past Chair of the Florida Bar’s Health Law Section (2006-2007). He has also served as a member of the Executive Council, as its Secretary and Treasurer and as Chair of the Section's Board Certification Committee. He has been Chairperson of various divisions as well as Program Chair for numerous educational programs. He is President of his homeowners association and he is active in civic matters.
