Several family members of mine had gone to the Cohen Law Firm for help with bankruptcy and he's helped them. The people there are an absolute pleasure to work with. They take extremely great care of you. They are always accurate and give full explanations of issues. I wouldn't know where else to go i...f not for them. They genuinely care about what they do entirely and are not just out for the quick buck.

What a nightmare! They prepared my filing and communicated the payment. I paid for 6 months then all of the sudden they presented me with new paperwork that took the payment up by a thousand dollars a month. No call to explain and go over anything. Just an email with new paperwork to sign 6 month...s in. When I asked about the increase the Legal Assistant said the means test. This was the SAME means test that was used at the beginning. My income didn't change. Nothing for me changed. I requested a call from an attorney. Weeks later my creditors started calling me saying that they received notice my case was dismissed. I reached out by phone, I reached out by email, to Legal Assistant, to the attorney. It has been the better part of a month with me following up and no return correspondence. I called again today and was told that the attorney handling my case prefers email. It's the same attorney that we emailed three weeks ago and counting when this all happened. I left another message, I sent another email. I paid almost 10k to the BK courts and it's just nowhere. It didn't get disbursed to creditors, I haven't had it refunded to me. I now have to pay the creditors and research what happened with the payments that I made. This is not the firm to do business with! I wish I had done a more thorough job of shopping around and chosen another firm. The Cohen Law Firm is very unprofessional.

Mr Cohen and his excellent staff, especially Hope are really good at what they do. They took a really difficult situation and time and made it so much better for me and my life and I'm forever grateful to them. They are HIGHLY recommended. Trust them with your needs.
