Mr. Nipon was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Thereafter, he moved to Florida to attend law school at Nova University Center for the Study of Law. He received a law degree of Juris Doctor. Mr. Nipon was admitted as a member of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1982.
Beginning in 1982, Mr. Nipon worked as an associate lawyer at a civil trial law firm in Hollywood, Florida. He established his own civil trial law practice in Fort Lauderdale in 1984. During the past 43 years he has devoted his professional life to zealously protecting the rights of his clients. Mr. Nipon is proud of his reputation throughout the legal community. His reputation has been built by ethically and successfully helping thousands of clients since 1982.
