Mark D. Bogen

Mark Bogen, with over 40 years of legal experience, is licensed to practice law in Florida and Illinois. As the managing partner of the Bogen Law Group, he focuses on representing condominium and homeowner associations of all sizes, from ten units to some of the largest in Florida. For over two decades, Mark wrote a weekly Condo and HOA column for the Sun Sentinel newspaper. He frequently speaks at association board and unit owner meetings, providing updates on new laws and addressing legal inquiries. In addition to his work with condominium associations, Mark has been involved in notable securities, consumer, and anti-trust class action cases. He is “of counsel” to Labaton Sucharow, a highly regarded class action law firm in the United States. Prior to his current roles, Mark served as a former “special” assistant to the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office and as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida.
