In Oct. 2021 my green dot bank account was hacked into for the 2nd time and the money was applied to an unknown google play account. I called their customer service which is in another country and contested it. I sent them all the proof of my account being hacked. After all of this they refused to ma...ke it right. This attorney is handling my case against Chime bank due to Blake Thomas being unavailable and referring me to him. This case has been active since 2019 and I may get an email now and then saying to be patient but recently nothing has happened. I've tried emailing and calling and still never get a re...sponse. I'm a little concerned at this point. I couldn't recommend this attorney due to his poor communication with his clients.
