This attorney is handling my case against Chime bank due to Blake Thomas being unavailable and referring me to him. This case has been active since 2019 and I may get an email now and then saying to be patient but recently nothing has happened. I've tried emailing and calling and still never get a re...sponse. I'm a little concerned at this point. I couldn't recommend this attorney due to his poor communication with his clients.

I hired Mr. Pierre to handle my dispute with Chime and he was great at first. I got an email from him in November saying he was securing a $400 settlement payment to me within 45 days and to not do the class action case. Since then he will not respond to me. I notice several other reviews for the sam...e thing on the same case. I beginning to wonder if he pocketed all of our settlements.

I haven't heard anything from Mr. Pierre since December 18, he said my case was settled with Chime and it can take up to 45 days to get the settlement amount due to the holidays, here it February 8 over 45 days and I haven't heard anything from him. I have emailed him twice and still no response/ no ...type of communication at all. I hate Blake Thomas couldn't take my case at the time because he is awesome and always updated me about everything. I would not recommend Mr. Pierre to anyone.

I started a claim against chime Bank back in July and it's not February and haven't gotten anything..In the beginning he emailed quick but never would answer the phone or call back..Last I heard from him was on December 18th and that was after me emailing him about it and said it had been settled bu...t could take up to 45 days to figure out what the fees would be for chime to pay cause it was the holidays he said February 1st was 45 days I have emailed him twice and haven't heard anything..Guess will report to BBB.

Hello, i was contacted by Gregory Pierre back in November 2020. He stated that he could help me get my funds released from my Venmo prepaid account and he had sent me and email on November 22,2020 requesting me to send my full name address and phone number to him to agree to the engagement letter tha...t he said he requires to represent me in my case. I than emailed him my name address and phone number on November 22,2020 and on November 23,2020 he emailed me back and let me know he received my engagement letter. On December 7,2020 I emailed Gregory and stated in the email that I was reaching out to see if he has any updated information regarding my claim and he never responded to me i than reached out to him to the number he had emailed me and I left him 3 voicemails and it’s now January 21,2021 and now I’m not receiving any type of response from Gregory so I’m starting to feel like he is a scam to get people to accept his engagement letter that he sends in the emails and if you actually really look over the engagement letter it states the word ENDORSE and that’s a word basically saying you give somebody permission to do anything with your name or give permission to a business or person to sign their name onto the back of a check and give them permission to cash it. I’m just saying I haven’t heard from him now and he was emailing me back crazy so I am concerned and would like answers please and thank you.
