None, unless she was injured. Plus you have to hope he had liability insurance. Its not worth doing.

Yes they have a lien for fees and costs. If it cannot be worked out, the court could decide how much is due.

If you were backing up, then yes you were at least partially at fault.
My lawyer said my settlement check was mailed 2 weeks ago. I have not received that check.

Do not attempt to settle the case yourself. If you wre injured, hire a personal injury attorney. The insurance company will take advantage otherwise.
