Do yourself a favor and hire an experienced immigration attorney to guide you through the entire process.

Very unlikely that you will be able to do it. You should have done this BEFORE being deported.

I agree with my colleague. This is not something you want to do by yourself since waivers are very complex. Hire an experienced immigration...
