I have hired Linda several times for both insurance litigation / settlement cases and for real estate deals. My husband, Stan, and I purchased our home in May of 2014 and spent almost 8 months in renovating it. We had just settled in when we noticed a water leak. We contacted our Insurance Company and they sent out a plumber and a Mold Remediator. The extent of the damage was unbelievable. Apparently a ...water line broke under the concrete and had been spraying water behind the refrigerator for several months. We attempted to negotiate with our Insurance Company but were met with great resistance. They were only willing to offer a fraction of the cost to rebuild. Although we had “Full Replacement” coverage on our policy – they were unwilling to replace items that were damaged beyond repair even though these items were less than 9 months old. We hired a Public Adjuster – who attempted to negotiate a settlement – but was unsuccessful. After 6 months of frustration and empty promises – we took a recommendation and hired Linda Knoerr in December 2015. Linda worked diligently on our behalf. She was professional, very sharp and negotiated tirelessly. She presented our case to opposing counsel and continued to work for us until we were satisfied with the outcome.
