My lawyer got lost wages from my PIP policy in addition to my injury settlement. Is he allowed to take his 33% from the PIP also

$10,000 of benefits is for you, not the attorney. And especially if there was no PIP lawsuit involved, I disagree with him taking a fee on that money.
