Austin Bodnar

Austin Bodnar, Esq. is a South Florida native and accomplished attorney, named to Best Lawyers in America’s 2024 “Ones to Watch” list. Inspired by personal experience and a desire to honor his late father-in-law, Austin now serves as managing partner at Bader Bodnar Law, a respected personal injury firm with a 35-year track record of success. Drawing on his litigation expertise, he continues the firm’s legacy of securing top results for clients.

Before joining Bader Bodnar Law, Austin spent six years at international firm Greenberg Traurig, where he was a senior associate handling diverse cases—including trials and high-stakes matters involving the Department of Justice. He previously clerked for Judge Melanie May of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals, gaining valuable insight into appellate law.

Austin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, where he made the President’s Honor Roll and Dean’s List. He graduated summa cum laude, 5th in his class, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review, won national moot court honors, and earned eight CALI Book Awards. He is also a published legal scholar, with his article on commercial law appearing in the St. Thomas Law Review.
