Ok, It was a simple case in 2005 and I had to go to the law library and look up what to do and when I asked him why with no evidence and conflicting stories by each officer involved they were holding me so long he told me simply I could take a deal and be out sooner or wait another year or year and a... half and get an innocent verdict, At that point I told him I would take a plea deal (after 9 mo in jail) and told him what to offer the state attorney. He told me I was crazy and that they would never take that deal. They took the deal and I was sentenced to a year and a day (I get out in 3 mo yea). I guess the justice system is just different for the rich than the poor. Now I am going to talk to him and see if he has learned anything about law to get my case sealed (wish me luck).
