Eric is a retired Coast Guard officer with experience in operations, financial management and legal. Prior to joining Eskow Law Group (and following his service to the Coast Guard), Eric worked as the Chief Legal Officer for a national healthcare company where he managed the all aspects of the legal department, including M&A, regulatory, compliance, HR/employment, real estate and litigation.
Eric specializes in all aspects of healthcare legal matters, with a specific focus on corporate structuring, regulatory matters and mergers, acquisitions and sales for independent healthcare providers as well as DSOs/MSOs.
Taking new clients throughout Texas and Florida mainly focusing on mergers & acquisitions within the health care industry.
