This case began as a naturalization case. The process was started, papers were signed, then I end up getting into legal trouble. After looking over the case and situation, Mr. McHardy decided to not go through the naturalization and just go throughwith an extension of my resident alien card instead (...which was expired). He took the time to explain on why it was better to wait 5 years to have a case of good behavior.
