Ms. Smith and her title agency were chosen by the buyers who were purchasing my home. Upon trying to schedule a reasonable closing for all parties, Ms. Smith tried pressuring me into completing the closing the same day (short notice) and suggested I gather my belongings into a uhaul truck so that the... closing could take place by close of business. I was at work and had already started negotiating with professional movers to come in the next couple of days. Upon telling Ms. Smith that I would not be leaving my job to come to her office and pack my families household at the drop of a dime, she became irate and even used profane language. She tried explaining that she had an obligation to the bank to get this done today. Her and her associates did not provide advance notice to me or my realtor of the closing date. Highly unprofessional and poor attitude. I would not recommend her to represent my worst enemy.
