Currently in the process for a rear-end collision back in October. I’m not sure what happened to the gentleman below and Virgina but, I can tell you that she has explained to me the process and always answers my texts or calls. Her staff at the office are on top of anything that comes up, especially ...Stephanie! I feel comfortable to call either and they always answer any time. I text Virginia often and she always has my back with whatever small issues/concerns I have. The at-fault party has already sent me a collision check (it only took 2 weeks or less). I wouldn’t pay too much to the review from 2016. Lawyers don’t drop clients unless there was a reason.
