Valerie J. Peters, Esq.
Valerie grew up in South Jersey, and attended Temple University graduating with Cum Laude honors in 2005. In 2006 she moved to South Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University where she was a technical editor of ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, and treasurer of the Student Bar Initiative. Valerie earned her J.D. degree in 2009, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. Valerie met her husband in law school and decided to remain in South Florida permanently.
Valerie has experience in community association law, civil and commercial litigation, first party property insurance claims, flood claims under the NFIP, and family law. She is a member of the Florida State Bar, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey Federal Bar.
