Hands down best lawyer around. Seth guided me through my divorce 4 years ago. You know what is the best part about him? What I did not know I was buying? A lawyer for life! Long after divorce is finalized. Instantly available. You hear that? Whatever my ex throws at me, Seth is there to rescue me wi...th unbelievable speed and care. You know what is satisfying? Getting to slap my ex's hands no matter what the hour of the day or no matter if it is a weekend, and most importantly within the same time of the day ex provoked me. Seth is there to slap his hands with a "No, you can't do that!' Seth also does not charge me every single time. He uses his judgement. He takes care of you long after your divorce-that is my point. I was hoping Seth could help me with my divorce. I have felt unsafe & he literally did nothing to help me. The charges were ridiculous. I only spoke to him for maybe 30 minutes total. And thousands of dollars later, absolutely nothing had been done. It’s obvious he could care less about his clien...ts.

I hired Seth to represent me in my divorce in 2005 and he was extremely successful in getting a fair settlement for me. I thought he was the best. Ten years later when my X was about to retire, he sued me to stop my alimony. I chose Seth again because of how well he did for me in the first settl...ement. HOWEVER, Seth did not see that I received a fair settlement on this 2nd lawsuit. In our meeting to prepare for the mediation, there was very little discussion. He didn't consider the impact of basic costs, like my mortgage, medical coverage, or any other needs I would have to meet as I aged. I was told to arrive at mediation at 9:00 am and when I arrived, everyone else had been there for an hour. I was given the wrong start time by his assistant. (I should have walked out.). Seth actually said that my husband had a bad lawyer in the divorce and that he'd gotten a bad deal. (I should have walked out.) When Seth and I were in our room supposed to be focused on assets & needs & what was fair and equitable, he was telling me all about his shore home. I sat there thinking this guy was terrific the first time so I trusted that he would represent me fairly again. Foolishly, I left it all in his old incapable hands. He spent most of that morning in the room with my X, his attorney and the mediator. He came in our room and told me what I was NOT going to get (a fair mediation) and again, I sat there, alone, unfair representation and signed on the dotted line ~ Now I am nearing 70, was married to that abusive Corporate millionaire for 26 years! I am living on a very limited budget with very little security. I know that I was naive and unwise, and I foolishly sat there while I was railroaded by everyone in that mediation. I am not bitter or money hungry, just adjusting to a new & limited lifestyle. The thing is, 5 years later, I am living with results of that terrible mediation. I think everyone should know that just because an attorney was successful in one kind of case (and later Seth made it sound like we just got lucky). Do not hire the same attorney you used before. I made a very costly mistake and Seth really let me down .
