Biography
I am proud to announce the launch of a new nonprofit law firm, Jay’s Justice., Inc. which provides working families with high quality legal services at affordable rates.
I have worked for 25 years in the public sector and I have been privileged to use my skills in the service of others in our community. However, I also recognize there exists an unavailability of quality legal services for a large portion of society.
The "working poor" are barely making ends meet and now, more than ever, will have a tsunami of legal issues resulting from the COVID pandemic. The middle-income level is caught in the "Justice Gap" where they neither qualify for free services nor can they afford to pay. As a result, they face the system alone.
Equal access to justice is a human right and should be available to everyone.
Therefore, I am taking my 25 years' experience of working in legal services and making affordable legal representation available to those who need it. Our fees are based upon household income at a rate lower than market, but which will provide the high-quality service you expect.
