Michael Wrubel

I hired Mr. Wrubel to handle a foreclosure case in September 2018.he didn't do one thing on my case never filed any paperwork when it came down to the hearing that was January 2019 he told me I needed to sign a settlement agreement with the bank because there was no chance for me to win my case. It w...as two days before the trial.he kept pushing me to sign the settlement agreement and actually started cussing at me and swearing and talking rude and I got very suspicious and I looked at the court file and I saw that he signed a stipulation for consent to judgment of foreclosure back in October without me agreeing. It was filed with the court 2 days before the trial I confronted him on this and he got very irate and told me that the bank's attorney must have filed it with the court too soon I asked him why he signed it months ago on my behalf. He never even went to the trial I lost my house when two previous trials I one and involuntary dismissal I'm now lost my house because of this man. Do not hire this attorney.I have proof of everything if anybody wants to email me I can talk to them I am reporting him to the bar and we'll see what the outcome is I don't know how he's going to explain him signing on my behalf without my permission and even after signing still collecting attorneys fees.
