Martin E. Feldman

For nearly three decades, Martin Feldman has helped clients solve tough disputes with a mix of careful analysis and genuine compassion. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Martin made the Dean’s List and earned the Contract Law book award. He handles contested matters in divorce and family law, including timesharing, equitable distribution, and complex cases involving business ownership and asset division. Martin also litigates sophisticated business conflicts, often drawing on his business background to understand how deals are structured and how finances fit together. His courtroom work extends to probate litigation, including will disputes, allegations of undue influence, and competency challenges. When litigation isn’t the best path, Martin is trained in Collaborative Family Law and is also an Accredited Arbitrator in the State of Florida, giving clients additional ways to resolve disputes.
