Leslie Puzo

I won't make this a drawn-out review. However, please note, my case did have a positive outcome that I am happy with (that I do not credit Ms. Puzo for), so this review is a real and honest review about Leslie and her firm. This firm cares about money, that's it. If you choose her, please be prepared... to pay a lot. My divorce with one child and no arguments on division of assets (had no property) cost me over $30k. Leslie lacks communication, care, and just plain human decency. A divorce for a single mother with one child is an extremely difficult process, and she could have cared less, no matter how much she claimed to have cared. I thought hiring them would relieve some of my stress and anxiety, but no, it gave me a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety and plenty of tears dealing with this firm. I give the utmost credit and respect to the judge and general magistrate on my case who really opened my ex-husbands eyes on the law and how things worked. Because with their influence he was able to better his communication with me and have a changed perspective on the outcome of time-sharing and child support for our child. We both eventually came to an amicable agreement and settled the divorce without the attorneys because they were getting us nowhere. Marah was the only person at Puzo Law who I respected and enjoyed speaking with. She is the receptionist for the office. Other than that, please do your research. This attorney does not care. She will wait until last minute to do anything of importance, she will take forever to speak to you and give excuse after excuse for why she is behind or not on top of things and will blame the opposing counsel. She was not that "bulldog" attorney I thought I was getting and was expecting for $400/hr. Just PLEASE, save your money, find a better attorney who cares about you and your family and will fight for you. Because this lady, does not.

Leslie assisted me with my child support case that I have been dealing with for years. I live out of the state of Florida and was frustrated with the system which had not moved my case forward in over two years. I am thankful that a family friend was able to recommend Leslie. Since she took over the... case, she was able to get me child support in about a year and was able to get me the retroactive child support that I was entitled too. Her staff is very nice and always answered all my questions. Leslie really fought for me and my family. I highly recommend Leslie Puzo if you need a family lawyer.

Leslie Puzo and her staff assisted me on modifying my child support. My case did not settle and Leslie represented me at trial. Do yourself the favor and stay clear of Leslie Puzo. She is unprofessional, does not return any phones calls or text, calling her assistant is pointless she was only interested in charging me money. Thanks to Ms Puzo’s lack of care and not submitting proper documentation when needed, I am currently f...ighting with the courts to lower my child support because me Puzo failed to submit the counter amount to the court. Ms Puzo was always late to court and not only that but she was also unprepared, she would not look into evidence she just expected me to submit and pretty much do all the work for her. At the end of it all she does not care about her clients and does not provide the service she expresses she does when you first speak! Terrible Attorney just stay as far away as possible!
