Biography
Jovanni C. Fiallo is an associate litigation attorney who handles all aspects of personal injury, including car accidents, wrongful death, truck accidents, and admiralty/maritime law. He earned his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as the President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Moot Court Board, and was also a Governor on the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division Law School Division, sworn in by Justice Perry.
Mr. Fiallo received his B.A. at Saint Leo University where he majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology – he was also the starting catcher on the Baseball team.
Mr. Fiallo is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District and Middle Districts of Florida
