First, I had not ever heard of or used Joshua for any legal needs. I very concerned from the start. I always fear when you get a leave your information and I will call you back, usually means you never hear from them. Exactly the opposite with Joshua. It was not long after providing the informati...on that I received a call from Joshua. I would estimate we spoke for close to 30 minutes. He allowed me to explain that I had purchased a used car in 2017 from a local dealer. The paint on the front bumper and hood began to peel off with in 90 days after purchase. The dealer has been cooperative and has twice repainted. Truthfully that was the issue. The re-painting was not staying, the dealer was trying to back out of taking care of the issue. After explaining to Joshua, he then took time to explain how he might be able to assist me. He was very thorough, told me exactly what I would need, where to find information needed and even what our next steps may be depending on the find. No promises where made other than, he would investigate, see if there were options, advise and or represent. Though from a legal aspect, there was really nothing that could be done, Joshua took the time to still advise me on processes that could and in fact help me as I moved forward. My experience, outstanding. I felt very confident in his guidance.
