Our project involved re-zoning for a new town home district, which necessitated complex issues, demands, and concessions by the city. Jeremy did yeoman’s work navigating us through the complicated re-zoning process. He connected us with an architect who attended to technical design details so that t...he project could meet city’s fire department and utilities demands. Together they arranged for surveyors and other professionals so that the final presentation would be top flight. In the meantime, there were personnel changes in the zoning board and in elected officials. Jeremy calmly worked through all of this for us and with us; he met often with the zoning board and attended town hall meetings. Thanks to his hard work, the project was finally approved. He did a great job. We would highly recommend him.
