Andrew Joseph Inserra

Andrew grew up in upstate New York where he attended Syracuse University. He received two bachelors degrees; one in Economic Crime Investigation and the other in Psychology.

After graduating, Andrew clerked for the Oneida County District Attorney and as a Certified Fraud Investigator for Oneida County.

Andrew attended St. Thomas University School of Law in sunny south Florida. During law school Andrew was a member of the Moot Court Team arguing mock appellate cases.  Throughout law school, Andrew clerked at Dell and Schaefer, P.A.  working, on numerous personal injury and products liability cases.

Over the last few years Andrew worked as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm where he represented the largest automobile insurance company in the state of Florida. He worked closely with insurance adjusters while managing and litigating a large case load. Andrew then shifted to the other side of insurance contract law when he took a position at a large Plaintiff's Personal Injury Protection firm. There he represented and successfully litigated cases for hundreds of plaintiffs.

Andrew has an abundance of knowledge and experience with respect to insurance companies and how they operate. He is uniquely positioned to maximize client's recovery in cases having worked on both sides of the industry.
