Mr. Foster has been my lawyer for more than 8 years. I first contacted him to assist me with a deed in lieu of foreclosure in which he had to fight a long time against a large bank and ultimately got the case settled in my favor. He also helped me settle a case against the IRS which claimed that I... owed money for the same property even though I no longer owned the property because of the settlement with the bank.
