Yo nunca había pasado por una situación así, de todo este problema legal que paso con mi esposo respecto a su carro pero la verdad q con Nathaly Pena como Paralegal, me sentí bien cómoda en todos los aspectos, desde que ella fue asignada a mi caso, ella siempre estaba ahí para responder mis preguntas... y siempre me mantuvo al tanto de todo, y aunque yo sé que tuve momentos que me estresé, ella me hacía sentir bien con su sonrisa y me daba explicaciones a todo lo que le preguntaba y me lo explicaba nuevamente si yo se lo pedía, sin perder jamás la paciencia. La verdad que es una persona increíble y muy agradecida estoy con ella con respecto a todo, personas así, dedicadas y con empatía deberían tener siempre trabajando con ustedes en su oficina, muchas gracias.

The worst experience ever. I had a bad experiences with this office. In the initial consultation I met up with someone that told me my case was really easy, in less than two month we should be done with the process. Eight months passed and we still working in the case. During the entire process t...his office gave me hard time and the communication was horrible. I've been assigned 4 different lawyers, one of them told me after 3 month, that the case was dismissed and everything was over, she even sent it by email, after 5 months they called me back to let me know the case still open that was a mistake. But kept charging my credit card. We still working on the case...never ending process..... I'm super disappointed with this company and don't recommended to anyone. They hired new lawyer and they don't know what their are doing, and no supervision at all.

The worst experience with lawyers ever. I've had bad experiences with lawyers in the past but with this office I believe I went through the worst one. In the initial consultation I met up with someone that pretended to be a lawyer but was not a lawyer, making me promises of a service that was never ...delivered, simply an illegal activity--not because of the promises, for all lawyers promise but because of the misrepresentation. During the entire process this office gave me hard time and the communication was horrible. I was assigned 3 different lawyers but I never had access to any of them and the last one went to court with me to do or say nothing. This lawyer came to court completely unprepared and uniformed. The outcome; I ended up with a debt I was not supposed to have now and child support payments I can not afford. Honestly, I would have done a better job by myself.

I could not ask for more from such a great firm.
