I definitely recommend Mr. Spiriti.. last year I bought a house from the county auction in Broward. Completely remodeled my home.. What I didn't realize was there was a mortgage owed on the home. I received a letter stating that my home was going to be put up for auction & I was going to loose it. ...The court date was less then a month away. Mr. Spiriti worked magic& helped me save my home. He was fast, efficient, & very knowledgeable about the entire process.
