Aresh Alex Dehghani

Alex Dehghani is the managing shareholder of Dehghani Law. He has extensive civil litigation experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various business & commercial litigation, bank and foreclosure litigation, appellate litigation, negligence, tort matters as well as federal employment litigation. Mr. Dehghani completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where he was a member of the Blue Key Honor Society, as well as a founding member of the Multicultural Greek Council. Mr. Dehghani then earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. During law school, Mr. Dehghani was a member of the International Human Rights Council and interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Soon after becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Dehghani began his career litigating in Federal Immigration Court in downtown Miami, Florida - on behalf of indigent agricultural workers. Mr. Dehghani then served as an attorney advisor for an agency tasked with residential lending under the Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as the Small Business Administration of the federal government. Mr. Dehghani then took his litigation and contractual experience to the private sector and served as the Director of Business Development for Areas USA, Inc., one of the leading providers of food, beverage, retail and travel hospitality throughout the continental United States and the wholly owned subsidiary of Elior Group, a French multinational powerhouse in the industry. Mr. Dehghani then returned from the boardroom to the courtroom as senior litigation trial counsel at the largest bank foreclosure law firm in the State of Florida. Mr. Dehghani has represented Bank of America, N.A., J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as well as other notable entities in the banking industry. Mr. Dehghani headed the complex litigation division and was lead trial counsel on over one hundred (100) civil trials in the circuit division- with many designated as “complex litigation” trials by the courts. Mr. Dehghani has successfully secured money judgments on behalf of clients well into the millions. He has extensive experience representing corporations, business entities, Trusts, and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Dehghani has also been recognized as an appellate litigator with success at the appellate level. Mr. Dehghani is a member of the Florida Bar, the New York State Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar.
